Graduation certificate of high school Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized. 4. Academic transcript of high school 5. HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program) 6. Health certificate(optional) Photocopy of physical examination record. 7. Financial guarantee letter Photocopy of the signatured financial guarantee letter from his/her financial guarantor to prove their solvency. 8.Photocopies of personal artwork 6 color pictures (Only required for applying for Fine Arts and Music) 9.A record of personal music work 1 audio tape (Only required for applying for Fine Arts and Music) 10.Copy of article or papers published Articles or papers written or published (if any) |
