Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months) 2.Photocopy of valid passport With name ,passport number & expiration date,and photo included 3.Passport photo A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant 4.Postgraduate school transcript 5.Master's degree diploma Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. 6.A letter of recommendation From professor or associate professor or equivalents 7.Financial support statement Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature 8.Certificate of HSK Certificate of HSK(Chinese Proficiency Test) for non-English courses |
