Doctoral Program

3) Postgraduate official transcripts(Offical transcripts of your academic achievement)
4) Two Reccommendation Letters from associate professors or above
5) Passport-sized photo

7) Those who graduated from China universities with Master’s degree and exempt from examinations.

Note:
1) Any applicants who apply for a CUP (Huadong) degree education program of study should register with the International Students’ Office of UPC in the month of May each year.
2) All applicants must submit the Application Form for Foreign Students, UPC (Huadong) and the Medical Examination Record of Foreigner.

Application Deadline

Short-term advanced studies may apply for enrollment at any time.
Undergraduates, Master’s and Ph.D. candidates should contact the university to set up the required enrollment procedures the latest 2 months in advance before commencement of their study program.
Fall semester begins before or on September 1.
Spring semester begins before or on February 20.
