University of Science and Technology Liaoning (USTL), one of the five China’s earliest metallurgical higher institution, officially joins SICAS to make the online one-stop admission together. 

Located in Anshan, an important base of iron and steel production famed as the “steel capital”. University of Science and Technology Liaoning (USTL) has cultivated a huge workforce forming the backbone of China’s main iron and steel enterprises, thus earning a reputation as ‘a cradle for metallurgical engineers’. Through more than 60 years of construction and development, the university has developed into a national comprehensive university with a main focus on technology.

The University of Science and Technology Liaoning (USTL) offers non-degree programs and degree programs for international students. The non-degree programs are divided into Long-term language Courses and Short-term language Courses for students to choose based on their own situations. USTL opens many English-taught degree programs, ranging from bachelors, masters and doctors. Among them, the bachelor degree program referring to engineering discipline, such as civil engineering (in English) and mechanical automation engineering (in English), is especially competitive and absorbing great importance from USTL. SICAS Tips:
USTL just opens the English program in every year's September, but USTL will supply the free Chinese language training to students who apply through SICAS for a degree program which haven’t started for the coming session, thus students only have to pay the accommodation fee before the degree class starts.
