Harbin Engineering University's Civil Engineering has Officially Opened Online Application on SICAS

Sitting at the scenic Songhua River in the ice city of Harbin in North China, Harbin Engineering University, a national key university of glorious history and fine traditions equipped with English-taught programs as well as Chinese-medium programs, for example, civil engineering (bachelor's degree instructed in English), have officially joined SICAS and open for International students to register online!

Subordinate to the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, HEU is among the first batch of "211 Project" universities that are entitled to enjoy first priority from the state in construction and development and also one of the universities that have Graduate School. Moreover, HEU is an important base for talent cultivation and scientific research in the fields of ship industry, ocean exploration and nuclear application.

On the bachelor's degree, there are 3 programs in the medium of English: civil engineering, machine design & manufacturing and their automation and electrical engineering and automation. On the master's degree, 30 English-taught programs are available, such as applied chemistry, engineering mechanics etc. On the doctoral degree, 15 English-conducted programs are offered to you, including control theory and control engineering, computer applied technology and so on.  Also, you can learn Chinese on the non-degree programs as HEU creates a good environment to study standard mandarin with correct pronunciation.
