Substitute for Required Docs
If you don’t have certain required documents by the time of application, you have to upload corresponding statement to ask for permission of later submission. Please make sure that all the statements must be signed or stamped by related individuals or institutions before you scan and upload them.
1.1 No Passport
If you haven’t got your passport but you will get it within several days, please print out the statement, sign it, and upload a photocopy of it. Click the title to download.
1.2 No Transcript
If you haven’t got your transcript but you will get it within several days, please print out the statement, sign it, and upload a photocopy of it. Click the title to download.
1.3 No Certificate
If you have finished school but haven’t got your certificate or have lost it, print out the 5.3.1 No Certificate, sign it, and upload a photocopy of it.
We understand that in certain countries, graduates have to wait for one year to get their certificates. In this case, you need to print out 5.3.2 One Year to Get Certificate, sign it, and upload a photocopy of it. Then, ask for a written document from your school of graduation which can confirm your statement. Finally, upload a photocopy of the document. Click the following titles to download.
If you are third-year high school or undergraduate students and you have not got your certificate, download and print out 5.3.3 Studying Certificate on school letterheaded paper. Then ask your school to seal it and upload a photocopy of it.
1.3.2 One Year to Get Certificate
1.4 English Language
If you haven’t got your IELTS/TOEFL Test Report Form, print out 5.4.1 No IELTS/TOEFL, sign it, and upload a photocopy of it.
Students who graduate from shools in which all courses are taught in English may not need to take IELTS/TOEFL test when they apply for certain universities. In this case, download and print out 5.4.2 Personal Statement of English Medium, sign it, and upload a photocopy of it. Then, ask for a written document from your school of graduation which can prove that all your courses in that school were taught in English (The templete is listed below).
