A Letter to the Teenager Applicant (Age 15-18 )
When you apply into any Chinese Universities, if you are still a teenager, you have to find one Chinese citizen to be your guardian and fill out the attached form.
Above all, you must get this document notarized in the Chinese Embassy in your country to certify that your parent's signature is true.
When you finish the whole procedure, please post the Guardian Authorization Certificate and your passport copy to the following address by DHL or Fedex.
