Q2: How to write a late registration request?
1. It should be a handwritten letter.
2. State clearly your name, nationality, passport number, email address, phone number, major and university.
3. Indicate why you cannot register by the deadline. (Attach supporting documentation & letter of explanation, if got any)
4. State clearly the exact date when will you reach the university(Attach flight ticket information)
5. Attach the payment receipt for tuition and accommodation (if asked)
6. Show your dream and desire to study in your university.
7. Say thank you words to the university, and hope the university can approval the request.
8. Signature and date of signing.
Q3: Will I have to pay for the late registration request?
It varies from university to university. A late registration fee of $200 may applied to the student if the request is approved.

Submitting this request does not guarantee that the university will be able to approve your request. This application is supporting documentation to your request and a number of factors are considered when granting a petition for late registration.
