How to Prepare the Scan Copy of Passport?
Passport is a compulsory document for international students to get JW202 form and X1 visa. When you prepare your passport, the following tips may be helpful.
(1) Color scan the information page of passport with your photo, name, passport number and other information on it. Pave your passport and make sure the two pages are scanned together and make sure that four corners of the page are all scanned in one paper.
(2)Make sure it is a regular passport and the valid time of passport should be at least one year.
(3)Universities in Liaoning province may ask for the scan copy of the front eight blank pages of passport or whole passport pages. Befor you start application you can check the information on SICAS website (www.sicas.cn) or ask your SICAS adviser for help.
(4)After you submit all the documents to the university, we do not suggest you change passport. If you have to change to a new passport, the passport number also changed, please remember updates to SICAS and university on time.
