2020 Chinese New Year (also called the Spring Festival) is coming.
SICAS hereby wishes you a very happy new year and may joy and health always be with you!
From January 24th to January 30th, 2020, all SICAS stuff will be off duty on Chinese New Year Holiday, and therefore may not be able to reply to your calls or emails in time.
But SICAS do have Special Arrangements for International Applicants:

The SICAS Adviser who is on duty that day will try the best to reply to you as soon as possible.
About Application: During the holiday, students can still view SICAS website and apply to China's universities online. For students who still haven't start the application, please start application of September intake 2020 as soon as possible. Due to the limited seat, early application can greatly increase your possibility of getting scholarship. The earlier, the better.
About Application Processing: China's universities’ Stuff will also spend the holiday. For students who haven't get admission letter or JW202 yet, please wait patiently. The university staff will be back to work after holiday and start to process your application.
