Application for 2022 September Intake of SDJTU has begun

Shandong Jiaotong University(SDJTU) is located in Jinan, consisting of 20 schools and teaching sections. During the past decades, the university has fostered more than 1000 international students from over 50 countries and trained many managers & engineering technicians for transportation industry all over the world. 

Length of schooling: 

4 years(Autumn intake)/ 4 years(March intake)

Autumn intake Study Duration: From September, 2022 to July, 2026

Students can get bachelor’s degree and undergraduate diploma after finishing all credit under undergraduate training plan, and pass the undergraduate thesis defense.

*Program commences only if 15 students are enrolled ; otherwise you can choose to study other bachelor programs.

2. Excellent applicants will be recommended to Shandong Jiaotong University as qualified scholarship candidates.

1.Program Name: Marketing

The graduates would have strong practical communication skills and know how to utilize various tools to analyse target market then design marketing strategy accordingly.

Students are provided with an in-depth understanding of the theoretical foundations of marketing alongside current and emerging practitioner applications in many areas such as marketing management, the analysis of marketing decisions, consumer behavior, and marketing research methods. 

In addition, the program's flexible structure allows students to study aspects of marketing related to their interests such as marketing communications, product and brand management and international marketing. 

Business graduates are highly valued by employers across the world. You will have a choice of careers open to you, including accountancy and taxation, management, consulting, finance, marketing and human resources.

This course provides the option to take a paid year internship & working in industry. Placement Internship students earn a allowance, typically over $2,000-6,000 per annum, and many are offered a permanent job ,typically over $3,000-70,000 with their host company when they graduate.

2.Program Name: E-commerce

The graduates will be the high quality practical specialists who meet the social requirements, expert on knowledge and skills in international business, and are good at international business practice.

This program is about understanding how companies innovate with digital technologies to create new business models, products, and services. You will learn how digital business innovation strategies are developed, managed and delivered, to achieve business value. The program also focuses on digital entrepreneurship.

This program is designed to equip you with knowledge and skills to make you attractive to many forward-looking companies who are at the cutting-edge of business and technologies, including companies that are looking for innovative ways to digitize their product and service offerings, and companies that want to increase intimacy with their customers through innovative digital interactions. The knowledge and skills gained from this program will also equip you to be entrepreneurs, particularly in the digital space. Graduates of this program are located internationally, in large companies, in the small /medium sectors, and in their own digital start-ups.  

The course is aimed at graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in the area of E-Commerce. Graduates move into a wide range of careers, and recent recruiters include Accenture, BP, Ernst & Young, IBM, Tesco, Rolls Royce, Shell Petroleum, Standard Chartered Bank, Unilever and IBM.

3.Program Name: Mechanical Engineering

After graduation students will be qualified senior and comprehensive engineering technicians in the areas of production technology and research, engineering construction, industrial enterprises trade, and administrative management and training and so forth. 

Graduates will be able to take up international career pathways in engineering related fields and professions; apply engineering principles to develop products and design processes; demonstrate proven ability to contribute to a professional team; use lifelong learning skills to adapt to changing trends and challenges.

Our graduates are employed extensively in large- and medium-sized manufacturing companies and research institutes. They are involved in mechanical design and manufacturing, technical innovation, applied research, project management, sales and marketing, etc.

4.Program Name: Civil Engineering

Divided into five specialties: road engineering, bridge engineering, traffic engineering testing and measuring technique , international project and railway construction. 

Civil Engineering is a broad discipline that covers many aspects of our everyday lives. From the provision of safe drinking water to the design of transport systems, and the development of structures that can withstand earthquakes, Civil Engineers have the ability to improve the quality of life for many people, and indeed save lives. Civil Engineers aim to build in a sustainable way whilst protecting the natural environment.

Our Civil Engineering provides you with a basic preparation for professional careers in the built environment sector (including design, construction, local authority and specialist work), as well as in other areas such as project management and finance.

We aim to instill not just knowledge of engineering science, but also a base of practical skills, an understanding of design, comprehension of the commercial world and competence in transferable skills (problem solving, team working, creativity, communications and IT).

This course provides the option to take a paid year internship & working in industry.  Our close links with industrial partners means we are able to provide our students with considerable help in sourcing and securing their internship and job placement.

Computer Science is our most flexible program, allowing you to choose course units to reflect your developing and changing interests. Furthermore, a wide range of themes from across the discipline allow you to specialize in the second and third years.

Employers, from large multinational firms such as EA Electronic Arts , IBM and Microsoft to small local organizations, actively target our students, recognizing that SDJTU Computer Science graduates are equipped with the skills that enable them to excel in a whole host of positions, including many that are not traditionally associated with computing graduates.
