Duan Hua School in Cambodia is my alma mater with a long history and where I started learning Chinese. In the "home" of Duanhua, in addition to learning knowledge and mastering skills, I also made friends and participated in activities, and I have very good memories. Chinese is very important to me. I remember when I first came into contact with Chinese, I was neither curious nor enthusiastic about the language. But over time, my understanding of the Chinese culture carried in Chinese has deepened, and I have developed a strong interest in it. In the process of learning Chinese, I felt the charm of traditional Chinese culture and fell in love with the lovely and respectable China.
Now, I have a warm "home" - University of International Business and Economics. I am fortunate met SICAS, which gives me the opportunity to complete my studies in this university. In order to study smoothly after entering the school, I made a "study plan in China" in advance. However, due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, only online learning can be conducted.
Online class is a big challenge, and I can only communicate with the teacher through the computer, but the friendship between teachers and students has not been reduced because of the distance. Before the class started, in order to avoid the impact of the learning environment, I made full preparations, technically ensured sufficient mobile phone traffic, and adjusted my mentality from a psychological point of view. But still encountered difficulties, limited by the speed of the Internet, each class needs to pass a few hurdles.
Although the online class has encountered challenges, through the online class, I have met new friends and teachers with rich teaching experience. Students learn from each other and grow side by side in the classroom. Outside of the online classroom, we often contact each other and form friendships.
It is my luck to study in China. The magnificent mountains and rivers, the warm and kind Chinese, the warm and profound Chinese teachers... I look forward to setting foot in China as soon as possible to experience all of this; I look forward to walking on the campus of the University of International Business and Economics and seeing "real" classrooms And students from all over the world; I look forward to learning more and contributing to the friendship between China and Cambodia.
