Hello!

China's National Day (October 1) is coming, according to the national holiday arrangement, SICAS will be closed from October 1 to October 7, 2024, a total of 7 days. During this period, all SICAS staff will not be on duty and may not be able to respond to your calls or emails in a timely manner. In order to ensure that your needs are properly handled during the holiday season, we hereby inform you of the following:

About consultation

Urgent Questions: Please feel free to email service@sicas.cn or call 18561616618/15318861816 if you have any urgent questions during the holidays. The SICAS consultant on duty that day will get back to you as soon as possible.

About the application

Online application: During the holidays, students can still visit the SICAS website and apply online to universities in China. Our system will work normally and you can continue to submit your application.

About Application processing

Processing time: Chinese University staff are also on holiday, so your application will be processed by them after the holiday. We will only respond to urgent applications.

Warm reminder

In order to ensure that your application and other matters can be processed in a timely manner, it is recommended that you complete all necessary operations before the holiday.

Travel safely: If you have travel plans during the holiday season, please pay attention to traffic safety, take personal protection, and ensure a pleasant journey.
